A weeklong international film festival opened in Armenia on Sunday, with cinema-goers given another chance of sampling some of the latest movie offerings.The eighth edition of Golden Apricot, a film festival held in Yerevan every year since 2004, opened on July 10 with a gala ceremony attended by several star guests, including one of the festival’s guests of honor Fanny Ardant, a renowned French actress.
